This ‘end-of—life’ (EOL) announcement is the official written notification that AI-Media Technologies has now commenced the EOL process for the Modem Add-On (i.e., the option to add a modem to a hardware encoder). The following EOL schedule is confirmed:
- Final Date for Manufacture & Sale: October 17, 2025
- Final Date Modem able to be returned for Repair: June 1, 2027
- Final Release Date for new firmware upgrades & software releases: December 1, 2027
- Final Release Date for new security patches: May 31, 2028
- End-of-Life Date: June 1, 2028
