AI-Media Technologies is preparing to ‘end-of—life’ (EOL) the Data Recovery Decoder (DE241DR). We are in process of confirming the timeline and dates on which this product will no longer be manufactured and sold and hardware and/or software support will end. The following EOL schedule is in process of being finalized:
- Final date for manufacture & sale of new Hardware Encoder (HENC): June 1, 2025
- Final date HENC able to be returned for repair: June 1, 2027
- Final release date for new firmware upgrades & software releases: December 1, 2027
- Final release date for new security patches: May 31, 2028
- End-of-Life date: June 1, 2028
