AI-Media Technologies is preparing to ‘end-of—life’ (EOL) the Encoder 4K 12G (AV650). We are in process of confirming the timeline and dates on which this product will no longer be manufactured and sold and hardware and software support will end. The following EOL schedule is in process of being finalized:
- Final Date for Manufacture & Sale: September 1, 2026
- Final Date Modem able to be returned for Repair: August 31, 2028
- Final Release Date for new firmware upgrades & software releases: May 1, 2029
- Final Release Date for new security patches: August 31, 2029
- End-of-Life Date: September 1, 2029
