This ‘end-of—life’ (EOL) announcement will act as the official written notification that AI-Media Technologies has now commenced the EOL process for the - Alta Enterprise IT Server ProLiant GEN 10. The following EOL schedule is confirmed:
- Final Date for Manufacture & Sale of new Hardware Encoder (HENC): Confirm with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)
- Final Date HENC able to be returned for Repair: Confirm with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)
- Final Release Date for new firmware upgrades & software releases: October 1, 2026
- Final Release Date for new security patches: March 31, 2027
- End-of-Life date: April 1, 2027
