Web Interface Version 4.1.0 Release Notes

AI-Media released Alta Web version 4.1.0 on June 5, 2026. We recommend that all Alta customers upgrade to version 4.1.0 at a convenient time.

This release works with encoder version 4.0.0 to bring LEXI Voice support to Alta 2110 encoders. A future release will bring LEXI Voice to Alta TS systems. With this upgrade, Alta 2110 encoders can convert live speech from broadcasts into high-quality, real-time captions and translated audio.

This update includes:

New and Updated Features

  • This release adds support for LEXI Voice for Alta 2110 in the Web Interface. See the Encoder Version 4.0.0 Release Notes for more information.
  • We added network debugging information to the Alta System Report tool.
  • The Channel Log Warning Level setting is now a menu with clear descriptions, instead of a text field
  • New channels default to logging level 0, which is the most verbose option.
  • We added a menu for the 2110 LEXI Voice Output Audio Channels option. This menu allows values from 1 to 8.
  • Alta 2110 now supports configurable SCTE-104 message filtering for LEXI blocking. With Block on SCTE-104 enabled on a channel, users can select from supported SCTE-104 message types that trigger stop captions and resume captions events.
  • We renamed CCMatch to LEXI Sync across the interface. This reflects the renaming of this module.
  • By default, data tables now display the newest entries first, and include column-sorting controls.

Resolved Issues

  • This release corrects an issue that caused the Execute Trigger button to become disabled when no LEXI instance was selected.
  • We corrected an issue that caused Channel Settings fields to repopulate after users delete data from them.
  • At times, errors displayed on the iCap/LEXI Server window when users did not provide their LEXI login and password. We corrected this, and credentials are now optional.
  • This release corrects an issue that caused error logs to display the oldest entries first. The newest logs now display first.
  • We corrected a number of network configuration issues, including those where users experienced settings changes failing silently or not applying as intended. Changes to network settings now save and apply as expected. and network interfaces function properly.
  • This release corrects issues that caused the Add Custom Route window to remain open after successfully saving changes and caused the Rebooting... status message to remain open after the system comes back online. These messages now clear as expected.
