You can use the Live Booking Portal to provide feedback about a completed session.
- Log into the Live Booking Portal (opens in a new tab).
From the menu at the top of the Your Bookings page, select Completed (item 1 in the image), and then click the Feedback icon in the Actions column (item 2).
