Transcripts from your live captioning sessions are available within 24 hours after the end of each session. The system only generates transcripts if you requested them when you created the session's booking. To download transcripts:

Log into the Live Booking Portal (opens in a new tab) then click Transcripts in the top tool bar (item 1 in the image), and then click the Transcripts icon in the Actions column (item 2).
Live Booking Portal Transcripts Tab - On the Download Transcript window, choose a file type, and then click Download.
Note: To download all file types, select All. Your transcript files download as a .zip file.
