Version 6.1.3 Release Notes

We released Encoder Pro (HD492) software version 6.1.3 on February 18, 2025. This release includes a number of issue corrections and back-end enhancements. This release replaces version 6.1.2. We recommend all customers upgrade to 6.1.3 at their earliest convenience.

Resolved Issues

Some customers have reported their HD492 encoder intermittently loses its connection to iCap, but continues to report the connection as active. This update resolves this issue and ensures that the connections remain stable and the encoder reports its iCap connection status correctly.

This release also makes some back-end adjustments that do not affect the day-to-day use of HD492 encoders.
