If you lost or forgot your AI-Media Cloud Services password, follow these steps to reset it. To protect against unauthorized access, the system temporarily locks your account for 15 minutes if you enter the wrong password five times in a row.
Your username and password are case sensitive. Make sure you enter your password with the correct case, and make sure your caps lock is off.
- In the upper-right corner of the Cloud Services login page, click Forgot Password?.
- On the Reset Password page, enter your Cloud Services Username (E-mail Address), and then click Send Email. If you entered a valid, registered address, the system sends a link to the password reset page.
Note: Check your email for a message from noreply@eegcloud.tv. If you can't find it, the message may have gone to your spam or junk folder. - Visit the link in the message. The Password Reset page opens.
- Enter a New Password, then enter the same password in the Confirm New Password field, and then click Reset. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one symbol.
Note: You cannot change the Username field. - Log in with your username and new password.
