AI-Media Technologies is preparing to ‘end-of—life’ (EOL) the Encoder Core (EN537). We are in process of confirming the timeline and dates on which this product will no longer be manufactured and sold and hardware and/or software support will end. The following EOL schedule is in process of being finalized:
- Final Date for Manufacture & Sale of new Hardware Encoder (HENC): August 1, 2025
- Final Date HENC able to be returned for Repair: August 1, 2027
- Final Release Date for new firmware upgrades & software releases: January 31, 2028
- Final Release Date for new security patches: July 31, 2028
- End-of-Life Date: August 1, 2028
