This ‘end-of—life’ (EOL) announcement will act as the official written notification that AI-Media Technologies has now commenced the EOL process for the SCRIBE software product. The following EOL schedule is confirmed:
- Final date to purchase new SCRIBE license: June 1, 2025
- Final release date for new firmware upgrades & software releases: August 31, 2025
- Final release date for new security patches: August 31, 2025
- End-of-Life date: September 1, 2025
Note: The above dates are all United States Eastern time zone.
Customers using SCRIBE post September 1, 2025 may continue to use the product, and license keys will remain active. AIM will no longer provide any technical or customer support for this product. We encourage your organization to transition to the replacement product: LEXI Recorded.
